Barclays Wealth appoints Stephen Grady as Head of Global Dealing

Based in London, Mr Grady will be responsible for managing all trading functions including execution, trade capture and securities finance across Barclays Wealth globally. He will lead Barclays Wealth’s dealing operation and brokerage front office teams as the business seeks to further expand its international footprint. Mr Grady spent four years at Fortis Investments in France where he managed a team of 20 dealers in Paris, Boston and Tokyo trading across all asset classes. Prior to that Mr Grady led dealing desks at a UK hedge fund, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in UAE and Legal & General in London. Mr Grady also has experience in equity derivative sales and started his career in Sydney at Bank of America and Bankers Trust Asset Management where he worked in foreign exchange sales and international equities respectively.
